Quantity breaks with additional discount if final order is X amount.

Hi, I've been trying to find an app that does the following:

• Buy X+ Get Y% for each variant
• Then, if order total is above Z, get another % off 

Many apps only does 1 but not the other. I would also need integration with Shopify's Order Printer for the discounts amount. Integration can be done on my side if variables are given.
