Question popup when.adding to.cart

I need app for when customer add to cart itemsmall popup comes and ask 1 basic question for customer fill and also there needs to be skipped section and we need to capture that notes belongs with the order so we can analayze customer needs we knew we can use notes on the cart but nobody filled it out so we need popup is anyone knows app doing this

I can’t create a popup exactly when customers add to cart, but with Easify Product Options, you can add a text area right above the "Add to Cart" button. This way, customers can leave their notes, answer your questions before adding the product to their cart, ensuring the information is captured with the order. Here's how it works:
