App reviews, troubleshooting, and recommendations
Hi,
Quickbooks conenctor pulled in my first transaction. The sale in Shopify was as following:
1x Product £15.99
1x Dsicount -£0.80
1x Delivery £2.99
(All subject to 20%VAT = £3.03)
On the invoice that was generated in Quickbooks, it shows as follows:
1x Product £15.98 <---- 0.01 less than the actual sale (product created in quickbooks has the correct price)
1x RoundOffItem £0.01 (as NO VAT)
1x Dsicount -£0.80
1x Delivery £2.99
The issue comes as it expects £18.19 payment instead of £18.18 as it throws off the VAT as the 0.01 on it's own isn't enough to generate any VAT, but when placed on the product it tips it over for rounding to make the overall VAT £3.03
My question is why has it decreased the product price by 0.01??? in the data it imported, if it wasn't for this it would all work out fine.
Thanks
