Quiz Apps for Personal Training Website

Hi there,

I am currently building a website for my Personal Training business. I want to incorporate a quiz on my website where the results are if someone selects 'YES' to being able to afford a certain cost then the answer will be a contact form for someone to submit their personal details. If the answer is 'NO' to either being under the age of 18 or being unable to afford a certain cost then the answer will be a cheaper/more appropriate alternative.

You might want to check out an app called Recommenda Quiz Builder. It has a logic jump feature that allows you to create dynamic flows based on customer responses. For example, if a customer selects "Yes," you can direct them to a name and email question, then result, whereas a "No" response can lead them to directly product recommendations. While it’s not exactly what you’re looking for, it offers a similar functionality that might meet your needs.
