"Get Notified" Email Pre-Order Button

When we are out of stock, I want the product variant's add to cart button to change to "Get Notified" and then let users put their email address so we can email when back in stock.

We are using the Symmetry theme.

What is the best way to accomplish this?

You can customize everything you want, try it you won’t regret it!
