"This Instagram business account is already linked to a Commerce account on Shopify"

I know there are several threads on this but it doesn't seem like anyone has found an answer. I really want to sell products on instagram but my account says it can't be submitted for review because there are no products in my catalog. Then, I go to FB Biz Manager and I get this error when I try to add the instagram account:

This Instagram business account is already linked to a Commerce account on Shopify. As of August 31, you'll be able to finish setting up checkout on Instagram from your Shopify account.

Can someone help me with this?
