Receipt Store Name Incorrect

New store and user. Receipts from POS orders have a store name of "My Store" at the top instead of the actual store name. On the POS, if I look at the receipt preview, it shows "My Store" as is actually printed. In the desktop app where I've customized other items on the receipt, it shows the correct store name at the top but doesn't actually print on the receipt. Other changes or customizations work fine, just the store name. How do I get the actual store name to print on receipt. Thanks.
