Receiving customer information that is logged in to the site through a public application

I'm building a public app for site support,
And I want to get the details of the customer who logged in to the site and uses my app
Is there a way to get customer_id via API , Local Storage or Cookies?

I use Node.js for my app.
I would be happy to receive any information any time soon
