I had an old stripe account that was connected to recharge from the previous owner. Together, we removed the old stripe account in hopes to add a new stripe account. The new stripe account won't connect to recharge, Stripe is saying all customer data is stored at the platform level via quadpay (we have never used quadpay to store customer info - it should all be stored in Shopify or in the old stripe processor). Stripe let us know there was no data to migrate in the old account. Recharge is telling me if I add the new stripe account that customers won't be billed. No matter what I do I am still stuck without a processor, customers getting upset because orders aren't processing, and I'm left without revenue for the last 6 weeks. I need some support.
I removed the old stripe account and added the new stripe account. still running into the same issue, my customers are not being charged and orders are not being delivered. I don't know if my customers are on shopify, recharge, quadpay or stripe. I've got a different answer from every company I've talked to.
