Recommend Products to Unlock Free Shipping

Hello 

Encouraging customers to spend more in order to unlock perks, such as free shipping, is a great strategy i think to boost my store's revenue. A way to communicate this information is to conditionally offer product recommendations in the cart/checkout page.

I would like to ask you if there is a Shopify App to display a Don’t Miss Out on Free Shipping block of recommendations when the cart total is close to my store’s free shipping threshold. Products that have already been added to the cart we want to be excluded from the generated recommendations.
