Hi Shopify!

I am the co-founder of Penden (https://www.penden.co/). When my family used to run a Shopify store we used to face a lot of cart abandonment. We used everything Postscript, klaviyo, SMS bump to try to increase conversion. it did but by very little. Then we decided to start personally texting customers. That made all the difference. We saw a massive increase to over 28% conversion.

Unfortunately, this wasn't scalable. Even though we weren't a very big store (15-20 abandoned carts/day) we were finding it tedious to keep up. Hence, I started building penden.co . Penden uses AI to automatically text customers, answer questions, give discounts and convert the cart! Apart from a super high conversion rate we also saw that customers were more likely to shop with us because of the personalized shopping experience.
