RecurringApplicationCharge bug 404 error

Hello, today suddenly the API started to show 404 after redirecting the customers to approve the charges

we didn't change anything it just happened suddenly today

how can we fix this issue ?

It seems it was just a temporary glitch, and it's back up and running smoothly after a few hours.
