Redirect with same parameter

Hi!

I need to redirect clients that enter my virtual store in the path /card/{id} to another url with the same parameter (i.e. another-url.com/card/{id}). In order to do that I've noticed that I need to implement an app with a controller. Right now the app is ready, and when I run it in a local server and attempt to access app-url/card/{id} it is redirecting fine.
So I entered partners.shopify.com and linked the virtual store to the app. But once in the virtual store url, it doesn't redirect. (i.e store-url/card/{id} -> 404 not fund)

Am I missing something? Is there another way of doing this? Any help would be appreciated!
