Redirecting embedded app is not working (console error" Third party cookies may be blocked.")

We are currently facing an issue with our two Shopify embedded apps. For some time now, we have been unable to load the apps directly in the Shopify admin view. In the console, we encounter the following error message: "Third party cookies may be blocked. Cannot set third-party cookie. StorageAccessHelper.grantedStorageAccess."

However, when we click on the redirect URL, the apps load without any problems. This leads me to believe that the error is not on our end. We have not made any recent changes in the past few months, so it's puzzling why this issue has surfaced.

I have come across similar posts regarding this problem, but unfortunately, none of them have received any responses. I would greatly appreciate any assistance or suggestions on recent changes we can implement to address this issue. Currently, we are required to manually click on the redirect network request in order to load the app, which is inconvenient.

Also I have permissions for third party cookies which is the confusing part, with the error in the console is showing.
