Referral app with unique codes per customer

What Shopify apps are there that allow us to assign an individual, ideally permanent, code to a customer that can then be used by others as a discount code as part of a referral programme? In return, the referrer receives a discount/reward whenever their code is applied.
We would prefer this solution to tools that work with referral links (such as referral candy or similar) because we think it is easier for customers to have just one code that is easy to remember and easy to copy and paste

What applications are there that offer this functionality?
