Hi,
I supposedly received a refund from a seller/store via the shop app. I received an email from what appears to be the shopify platform indicating that a refund has been processed, but the refund does not reflect on the order details screen of the app.
Should the app show that a refund has been processed? How do I know if the seller has genuinely processed the refund?
