Hlo shopify…I don’t know i got charge from from bank for 15.99 usd…. Can you please have a look at it ….because im using vitals for review and paying everything month for that but I don’t use Areview for shopify…. Please have look and refund me 15.99
Is "A Review" a third-party app you have added to your store via the Shopify App Store? If so, the best next step to take here would be to reach out to our live support team. They can then reach out to this app on your behalf and request a refund of the fees - the app would need to be fully uninstalled from your store before a refund request can be made. Whether or not the refund is approved would be at the discretion of the app developer in cases such as this.
