App reviews, troubleshooting, and recommendations
When I am creating a refund on the mobile app, and the amount has a decimal point (say, $7.99 shipping), I am not able to enter that exact amount as the numeric pad that pops up (required, can't go back to keyboard mode...) doesn't include a decimal. So the number shows as $799. If I round to $8, that amount is more than the actual $7.99 shipping and I get an error message. Same issue with product refunds that include decimals. One very laborious workaround I've found is to type the amount in notepad or similar, then copy and paste into the refund box. I don't want to have to keep doing that - too time consuming. Thoughts?
Having the same problem, very strange isnt it? Did you find any help?
Yes! There's a super tiny decimal point in the lower left corner of the number pad. Completely missed it!
