Regarding active my account for free as per your given time period.

As i want to sy that I've open this account  earlier 3 month ago but couldn't able to use it. Now after long period I trired to open my account now but its show inactive free account. I've to pay. I want to tell me that as I'm already new for this platform as i don't used that. So now i want to activate my account for free.

Thanks for outlining your query for us here in the Shopify Community.

If you have previously opened an account on a free trial basis here and this trial period has now expired you would need to add a billing method and select a paid plan in order to continue using that account.

If you want to continue to try out Shopify before paying for your account, you would need to start a new free trial store on a new account.

There's a bit more info here on our help site on how our pricing and plans work and if you choose to start a new free trial you can set one up at any time from here on our pricing page

Bear in mind that you would need to enter a new 'myshopify.com' URL to create a new account, but you can simply add a digit to your old URL or change it in any way to be able to set up a new trial account.
