Shopify Desktop Connector for QB Desktop stopped working.

Tried everything. Also, called, chatted, etc., etc. 

Followed Shopify on line process: to remove ShoppinPal app .  When it comes to the next step of reinstalling, however, no one seems to know where to find the app to reinstall it. ??

So no financial or other data will flow to financial software.....Wow!

Appears ShoppinPal.com now is a different company. I accidentally found this out.

Called them, one number no answer and it disconnects. Another number, left a message.  No idea if they can or will be willing to assist.  Been on hold on their website chat for about an hour (says they normally reply within a few minutes). Perhaps they are later where they are located??.....

??  Does anyone know where to find the ShoppinPal application to reinstall as directed by Shopify (into the QB desktop app)??? Thanks!

Hi there,

It seems like the app is no longer supported and has been delisted  from the app store, but still available for installation. Here is the link to reinstall the app:

https://qbd.shopifyintegrations.shoppinpal.com/auth/shopify?shop=XXXXX.myshopify.com

Please replace XXXXX with your Shopify store handle, which you can find in the URL of your browser when you are logged in your dashboard.  And then paste this link to your browser address bar and hit enter. This will reinstall the app back to your store.

Please remember that unsupported apps can stop functioning anytime, so you will reinstall at your own risk.
