Related Blogs Pro Not Showing Related Blogs

Yesterday I installed the Related Blogs Post Pro app in my store yesterday. I followed all the directions and after almost 24 hours there is nothing displaying. There is no place to ask for help and Shopify told me I couldn't leave a review, even though that is the only way to get the developers attention.

Is there any way to get support for this app other than removing it???
