I recently took over an account on which the dynamic Klarna messaging has been set up incorrectly. The original creator was the shop owner who has no coding experience and does not remember how they set up the feature.
They did not use the Klarna Messaging App to set up this feature as I have since downloaded and linked it to the store - so deleting the app won't fix the issue.
I also can't seem to find a way to remove it in the theme editor, product page or code.
Are there any suggestions on how to remove this?
You can see that the message that is dynamically appearing is incorrect. Both because it's the wrong monetary value and also because only Pay in 30 days is available for this spend amount.
