Remove or Change "Manage app" link from app embeds page

Hi,

We have a shopify app that uses app embed functionality.

- The app is not embedded app, user need to go to the app website, to use the app.

But in the app embed page, the "Manage app" links to embedded app page. Which shows nothing because our app cannot be embedded / does not support it. So it shows an empty page.

Can I change the "Manage app" link from any settings? I looked everywhere and cannot find to change settings.

Clicking it takes to: https://ibb.co/vvVZcj9 , which is an embedded page in shopify store.
