I would like to deactivate an the app sales channel linked to my Shopify store. How do I do it?

Are you trying to remove an app that you have installed on your store? Or is it a sales channel that you added, and now want to remove? To remove apps you can simply navigate to the Apps section of your admin, and click Delete next to the app you want to remove:
If you want to manage your sales channels, and remove some that you aren't using, then you can also navigate to Settings > Sales Channels and click Remove next to the sales channel you want to deactivate. Just be careful about removing things like the Online Store sales channel (which is essentially your storefront that customers visit) as removing that could cause issues such as making some of your apps stop working, even after re-adding the channel.

Hi Rick, Does removing the channel stops the subscription?
I want to install Shopify Marketplace Connect, and to do that i must disconnect/stop/delete any channels for Amazon, Ebay, etc.

Generally, yes - removing an app from your store will stop further billing subscriptions for that app. However, it's important to note that the specific billing and subscription terms may vary depending on the app and its developer. Some apps may have a separate billing system or require you to cancel the subscription manually even after removing the app from your store.
