As explained in topic, I can't remove toxic staff account. it loads for hours and nothing happens.
Shopify staff not avialable to help, can't remove him.
What is super wrong here?

I'm sorry to hear you're having a hard time with a staff member. It sounds like you're trying to remove them, but the page doesn't load and complete the request. Just to be sure, are you the account owner? Only the primary account has permissions to remove staff.
If this is the case, the way you described the page loading for a long time leads me to believe that the issue may be browser related. Try clearing your cache and cookies and trying again. Another method would be to login with a different browser, use a mobile device (or vice versa) or try an incognito window.
See if the methods above allow you to successfully remove the staff account in question and please let me know how it goes.

Tried chrome, cleaned cookies, went incognito.
Tried Internet explorer as it's not supported now
Installed and Tried microsoft edge - same as chromie.
Using mobile helped

I am having a simular problem. The guy who built my website name, password, and my email address is in Oberlo. I can not get into the account made another but it is not correct and I can not connect from Oberlo to my shopify store. I contacted the web guy but he says he did not add his information and do not know the password. He said when I sent him a screen shot of his information being in there he says he only see my name. I hired a guy from Fivver to take a look he see what I see but the website guy says he do not see what everyone else see's. I am the owner of the shopify website and store. I need help removing the website guy from my Oberlo account. Can you help me?
