Retrieve user info when oauth Admin API is invoked.

I am developing an embedded app for shopify. For the app to work, it need to connect with the app's backend and create an account. I want to retrieve the user's email who invoked the /oauth API. I am currently able to retrieve the shop_domain but not the user's info like "email" and "user name"
