Return label enquire

So my shop is a eco-friendly beauty brand where customers will be able to return their used packaging (empty jars, bottles etc) back to use for reuse or recycling. However, I was wondering if there is a app or function that will allow customers to choose if they want a return label with their order and I get a notification when fulfilling their orders. So that way only customers that want to return the packaging can. I hope I explained this well, can anyone help?
