Review App with tie-in to customer account or custom html

We have a membership program for registered customers and we sell 1-off products to all.

When someone posts a review, we want to display a badge on a given review that indicates that the review was made by a member.

We need a review solution that:

1. Allows us to display the badge (presumably edit the html of the review display)

2. Allows us to connect between Shopify DB and the review DB to ID the customer status (this could be manual)

Does that exist, or is there another way we haven't thought of?
