Review emails

I wanted to know if there was a notification sent out to customer to do a product review.  Otherwise how can I set this up?

Stamped.IO is one of the review apps that allows you to collect reviews but also offers the convenience of email product reviews. With their app, an in-mail review is like an email survey that the customer responds to via email. This is a great tool for those who have made a purchase and forgot to leave feedback.

Does this work with other apps. I currently have the "product review" app on my page. I just want to be able to send out a reminder to the customer after a certain mount of time.
