Review Public App Rest API

Hi there,

I have an question about Public App Rest API,
I submitted my public app, everything fine util reviewer try to post product on specific store(reviewer's store) not always. I received error message "[API] Invalid API key or access token (unrecognized login or wrong password)", although I provided valid shop and access token
I tried to find the differences between stores, and I found the error only appear if the store have plan_name is staff

Please help,
