Review written on top of the add to cart button app

Does someone knows any app that many Shopify users use to add a written review above the add to cart button. Here you have a screenshot as an example.

I found this post that describes how someone did that with an App called Product Reviews (made by Shopify).

The solution will take a bit of customization in terms of the placement and design, but might be useful.
