Reviews app that allows multiple scores in a review?

We're currently using Turnto which allows reviews to have multiple scores on different aspects of the product, such as Appearance and Value and Quality.

I've been looking at some Shopify reviews apps like Loox and Judge.me and so far none of them appear to allow this, they only let the customer leave one overall score.

Is there an app that does this?

You're right—Most Shopify review apps like Loox and Judge.me only support one overall rating. If you need multi-criteria reviews (e.g. Appearance, Value, Quality), consider advanced options like Yotpo or ReviewXpo, which may allow custom fields for detailed feedback.

At Loox, you can add custom questions to your review form to get valuable customer feedback about different aspects of your products. You can choose from different types of questions, including "rating scale" questions that would have your customers pick a 1-5 score on one aspect of your product:
