Reviews Populate in app, but do not show onsite or on product

Hi Team,

I got a weird one for you. 

I have 4,000 reviews on an item; However, the product reviews app is telling me I have zero. Please see screenshot. I got an error that said 500, your error has been sent to us and we are working on it. What should I do now?
