Hi. I've just added SHOP as one of my sales channel. Does it take a while for the products in my shop to show on the SHOP app on my mobile? All available products have been added to that sales channel and yet, it still says no products have been added? Can someone shed some light on this please? My shop is Petite Belle.

Looking into this, in order to have the products listed on the Shop application the store will need to meet the merchant eligibility requirements. With that being said, if you believe that the store is meeting the requirements to have your products available on the Shop app,. You can reach out to our support directly by logging in to your store through our Contact Us page. This will allow us to securely verify you as the store owner before discussing the Shop sales channel with a Support Advisor.

Thank you for getting back to me. It was my mistake because I was suppose to leave it for 24-48 hours for the items to appear on SHOP. They are slowly popping up now so hopefully, they will all be on it soon.
