I would recommend reaching out to the Third - Party App Developers who will be able to issue a refund to you. If you have already removed the app from your Shopify store, you can contact the app developers directly by searching for the app within our Shopify App Store. On the right-hand side of the app page, click on Get Support.
If you're not having success in receiving a response from their team, please contact our Shopify Support advisors who will be able to contact the app developers on your behalf. We aren't able to action a refund until we receive permission from the app developers so contact with their team is very important. Let me know if you run into any issues with the above!
