I would recommend reaching out to theThird - Party App Developerswho will be able to issue a refund to you. If you have already removed the app from your Shopify store, you can contact the app developers directly by searching for the app within ourShopify App Store. On the right-hand side of the app page, click onGet Support.
If you're not having success in receiving a response from their team, please contact ourShopify Supportadvisors who will be able to contact the app developers on your behalf. We aren't able to action a refund until we receive permission from the app developers so contact with their team is very important. Let me know if you run into any issues with the above!
