Schedule Upcoming Orders

Hey Shopify community, I have a custom requirement from one of my clients. They wanted their users to schedule their orders for the next 6 or 12 months let's say, and select different variants of the same product for their next recurring orders. 

More specifically, this is for busy parents, who want to buy Body Suites and Pajamas for their kids based on the sizes. Let's say they are ordering for their New Born, and they select the size of "New Born", but on their 2nd-month order, they can set the size "0-3 Months" and so on. However, the client wants users to set their preferences at once instead of logging in to the Customer Portal of the subscription portal like "Recharge", "Bold", or any other app.

Is there any app available to achieve that functionality? Thanks.
