Search & Discovery App - recommendations not showing on mobile (only on desktop)

Hi there,

I have added some new products, all with the same product template, all with the same recommended product (Recycled Fishing Net Soap Dish, via Shopify's Search & Discovery App).

The problem is: this recommended product only shows on Desktop (Macbook using Chrome) for the products it's linked to. It does not show on mobile (iOS 17.4.1 on iPhone 15 Pro using Safari).

Just like to add: it does show on Chrome mobile on iPhone, as well as Safari on Desktop. So the problem seems to be just Safari on Mobile not showing it...

To add something else: 5 minutes later it's now not showing on Chrome on Mobile, with absolutely no editing done to the website at all. It's also very temperamental on Chrome on Desktop - some times it's showing, but I come back at a later point without any editing to website at all and it'll be gone...

Hey had the same issue reached the support and Shopify hides recommended products if they are in the cart already.. Took me half a day to find out, so empty your cart and voila 🙂
