Hello

 

I have noticed on my store when using the filter it does not filter by correct results. E.g. When going into category > t shirts and filtering by size Large it shows all t shirts although not all currently have stock in a large.

 

We have a number of apps running across our PDP's which could perhaps be causing the issue? Is anyone able to take a look and recommend a fix please? My store URL is www.slackjawapparel.com

Are you using Search and Discovery for the filters?

Or you can share the PDP used App list so can identify the issue.

Hi, yes I am using Search & Discovery for the filters. The app on the PDP is called Swatch King and manages products available in the same style but different colours, as well as on PDP sizing options

Hello There,

In my thought issue happening with the app. You can disable it for some moment and check if is it perfect work or not.

If it is, you can contact app support and share your issue with the filter. They can guide you properly.
