Search and Discovery Install Issue: The app couldn’t be loaded browser cookie

I'm trying to install Search and Discovery app for my Reformation 2.0 theme. 

Every time I try to load the app, I receive an error message stating that the app couldn't be loaded due to an issue.

What I've tried to fix it:
1. Use different browsers such as Firefox, Chrome, Brave, and Safari
2. Clear browser cookies
3. Change browser cookie settings


I'm not sure what I'm supposed to do to fix this. All of my other apps work fine.
