The Secomap Store Pick Up App that I installed in May 2020 has stopped working today, any Ideas why? Thanks Donna

Karlie here from the Shopify Support Team! I would recommend reaching out directly to the app developers to inquire about the app function. Because Secomapp Store Pickup & Local Delivery is a third party app, you would need to reach out to the app developer with any questions you have. 

To reach out to the app developer, you can use the 'Support' section listed on the app page in the Shopify App Store, here. You can also reach out to the app developer for support directly from your Shopify Admin by following the below steps:

  • Log into your Shopify Admin
  • Go to 'Apps' from your left-hand sidebar
  • Next to 'Store Pickup & Local Delivery', click on 'Get Support'
  • Enter any questions or inquiries you have into the contact window
  • Click 'Send Message
  • By doing this, your message is sent directly to the app developer so they can get back to you
