Secomapp Store Location Error

I'm trying to update our store locations and I keep getting the message. 

DataTables Warning: table id=table-label- Invalid Json Response.  For more information about this error, please see http://datattables.net/tn/1

and when I try to export the locations so I can uninstall the app and try to reinstall it gives me the error: Session is expire ! please reopen app from shop admin.
