Security question of order lookup for shopify chat

Hello all,

Our shop is using shopify chat (ping) to talk to our customers,  but we found that the customer can look up any order of our shop and  the link of the order status page will be automatically sent to them if the order number and email address are correctly input. 

We don't want our customer so easily to see other customer 's order status page, so we want customer to enter more verification information of the order ,  or can we just close the order lookup function?

Anyone knows how to configure the lookup order function of shopify chat?
