I operate a Shopify store that offers both gaming console sales and repair services. Specifically, I'm looking for a Shopify app that allows customers to easily track their position in our repair queue. While the sales aspect of our website doesn't require this feature, it would significantly enhance transparency and streamline operations for our repair services. I am making products and would want a tracker the same you’re talking about for when I’m making the parts, and having different stages til It gets shipped but I would like my customer to know where they are in the queue.
