I’m looking for a developer with specific, recent experience integrating the NOWPayments API into a Shopify checkout page.

I already have a NOWPayments account and API key. My goal is to:

• Add a “Pay with Crypto” option to the checkout page
• Ensure it dynamically grabs the cart total at checkout
• Set up the webhook callback to confirm payment and trigger order processing
• Match the button styling to my store’s minimalist aesthetic

My store specializes in adult wellness products, so familiarity with high-risk eCommerce is a bonus.

Just wanted to share a few key points that might help before you dive into the integration:

1. Check if NOWPayments is a Shopify-approved payment provider
   You can verify here: https://www.shopify.com/payment-gateways

2. Even on Shopify Plus, you can’t integrate your own payment API
   Shopify doesn’t allow injecting custom payment providers into the native checkout unless they’re officially listed.

3. Your best option is to use a listed crypto provider
   Providers like Coinbase Commerce, BitPay, and Crypto.com are already approved and can be integrated properly.
