Seeking Help with Order Printer App - Editing Code

I'm a first-time poster and I'm hoping someone can help me fix my store's code. I can provide the code once I get a response. I'm grateful for any help you can offer!

I'm having an issue with Order Printer printing our Bill To section on more lines than necessary. For example, it uses 3 lines to print the Ship To section but 6 or 7 lines for the Bill To. It will look something like this:
