App reviews, troubleshooting, and recommendations
The Selleasy app widget does not display in the position I have placed it in. I've tried contacting support but they do not have live chat, only delayed email, and the contact form doesn't give the option to attach images so it's going to be days before I get a response.
Has anyone experienced this before? Is there a workaround to get it to display in the correct location? It does not make sense for it to be underneath the other information blocks.
You can se in image attached where the blocks are placed in theme editor vs how it displays on the website. Note that it also shows incorrectly in the preview on theme editor (the same as front end).
