Send notification to different email addresses base on branch selected on cart page

Are there any apps available that you could recommend that allows to send to different email addresses base on branch selected by user on cart page? We Have a branch selection on cart and ideally we would like to automate our process so that when a customer select Branch 1, order confirmation will only be sent to a specific email addresses under branch 1, and so on.
