Send SMS when order is fulfilled

Hello, 

First off SMS notifications built into Shopify do not work. SMS Bump also does not work for me and the developers for their software can never get it to work correctly. 

I do local delivery each week and need a way to send notifications when an order is marked as fulfilled in Shopify. However, since I also ship orders I need a way to toggle this automation on and off each week.

1. Turn automation off; process shipment orders = no SMS notification to customer from app

2. Turn automation off; mark local deliveries as delivered as they are dropped off, SMS app would continuously check for orders marked as fulfilled = send SMS notification to customer from app

I use SMS Notifications by Maestrooo. but it is being discontinued in the next few months.

It can be done using the custom automation and API also it will cost less and give you more control
