Sending SMS on Demand from Orders page

Hi there, is there an app that can send SMS directly to customers from the orders page? 

My shop requires that I send designs to customers for approval, sometimes, emails containing the designs go into customer's spam folder due to the files attached. I need to send them an SMS to alert them to the design that had been sent and to check them. I need to be able to do so from the orders page from Shopify
