SEO Apps Broke My Theme – Leftover Code & Errors in Search Console

I installed and then uninstalled apps like Avada and Booster, but they broke my theme and left behind a lot of code, broke the structure.

Now I'm seeing errors in Google Search Console. Does anyone know how to clean this up?
